Dear reader,
If you are running a business right now, I suspect you have felt it. Everyone is talking about AI. Everyone insists you should be doing something with it. Yet when you look for a straight answer about what it would actually do for your business, you find hype, jargon and demos that fall apart in the real world.
This page could have been a standard corporate biography. I would rather write to you directly, because if you ever work with Triskelion, you will be working with me.
My name is Rajesh Banoth. I have spent more than 16 years building software for organisations around the world: enterprise platforms, cloud systems, backend engineering, integrations and automation, including software that powers academic conferences globally. All of it taught me the same lesson. Technology only matters when it genuinely helps people and businesses succeed.
I did not arrive at AI last year. I began my MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in 2020, well before the current boom, and completed it at the end of 2023. I have since added AI Strategy and Governance certifications, Foundation and Practitioner, along with hands-on expertise in agentic AI systems. AI has never been a trend I chase. It is a long-term commitment to understanding both its technical and strategic depths.
Along the way, life brought my wife Kavitha and me from India to the historic city of York, England, and then to Galway on the Wild Atlantic Way, where the kindest of people made the West of Ireland feel like home. We will always be grateful for the friendships we've built here. It is from here that I run Triskelion.
I founded this company because I kept watching organisations get stuck in the same place: plenty of experiments, no real results. I believe businesses deserve more than isolated tools and chatbot demos. They deserve intelligent, secure and governed AI systems that work with their people, their processes and the technology they already have.
So here is what I will promise you.
